CapBloom Usage Rate Card

Certain CapBloom services are billed based on actual usage in addition to your subscription. This page lists the current client-facing rates for metered services.

Current Usage Rates

Charges are based on actual usage. Rates shown below are the rates billed to the customer.

Outbound Calls Voice calls placed through the CapBloom phone system.

$0.0196 per minute

Inbound Calls Voice calls received through the CapBloom phone system.

$0.0119 per minute

SMS Text Messaging SMS is billed by message segment. Longer messages may contain multiple segments.

$0.0116 per segment

Email Sending Metered outbound email sending.

$0.0009 per email

Email Verification Verification used to assess email address deliverability.

$0.0035 per verification

Workflow – Premium Features Usage of eligible premium workflow actions and features.

$0.014 per execution

Operator + Intelligence Email Credit

CapBloom Operator and CapBloom Intelligence currently include a $50 monthly email sending credit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over and do not apply to phone calls, SMS, email verification, premium workflow executions, or other usage-based services unless specifically stated.

Important Rate Information

Usage rates may vary based on region, carrier, destination, provider, message type, phone number type, or other third-party costs.

SMS charges are based on segments rather than individual messages. A single long text, certain characters, or media may result in multiple billable segments or different charges.

CapBloom may update this Rate Card from time to time to reflect changes in carrier, provider, infrastructure, or operating costs. Updated rates apply prospectively to future usage.

Additional metered features may be added to this Rate Card as they become available or applicable to CapBloom accounts.
