OUR STORY

CapBloom was born out of a problem I kept seeing again and again.

I’m Marisa Amirian, and after 20+ years in technology, I joined a multifamily coaching program where my friends were incredible at finding deals — but struggled when it came to raising capital.

They were drowning in spreadsheets. CRMs built for sales reps didn’t fit. Automations broke at the worst times. And investors they’d worked so hard to attract were slipping through the cracks.

I knew I could fix that. So I built CapBloom — a platform designed specifically for capital raisers who need clarity, consistency, and confidence in their process.

At CapBloom, we believe in one guiding principle:

That doesn’t mean pitching 24/7.

It means building a system that runs in the background:

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I’ve spent most of my career in tech, but my passion is solving problems that actually matter.

Helping capital raisers get out of spreadsheet chaos and into systems that work is one of those problems.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me strength training, scuba diving with sharks, or watching my two kids catch their next wave.
